Process

  1. Digging with the power spadeIdentify correct gravesite from identification marker
  2. A mobile gantry hoist (Patent Pending USA) is attached to a small tractor, and reversed up to gravesite
  3. Steel template is laid out over gravesite to ensure no encroachment an neighbouring gravesites
  4. A custom fabricated power spade is used to cut the turf and top soil down to lid level
  5. Lid and turf removedThe template is used to locate the three lifting points, turf and topsoil is removed from the three locations
  6. The mobile gantry is reversed over the crypt. The three belt winches are tensioned by hand
  7. The covering turf, soil and lid are lifted free of the crypt opening, and is moved out of sight
  8. Traditional and dignifiedThe gravesite is traditional, dignified and asthetically pleasing
  9. After mourning party has left, soil is placed over coffin using a mobile soil hopper
  10. Lid installation is completed within minutes of the mourning party leaving
